Overall nice people who make coming to work on the cusp of being bearable.
The 50% work from home policy is nice, but I still struggle to see why there is any requirement to physically be in an office at all.
The work get's a bit monotonous, and there is limited room to move up or around in the company. The structure of the company needs improving at the lower levels.
I would feel better about my compensation if I had less work. Workload consistently increases but compensation remains the same, outside of annual raises which aren't currently keeping up with inflation.
Responding with more urgency when pain points in day-to-day work continue to snowball. Resolve staffing issues by hiring more people so workloads become manageable. Recognize those taking on additional work with more money.
