Everyone is willing to offer their input or assistance if you have a problem. Many coworkers are fairly tenured and have a wealth of experience to pull from to answer odd questions here and there. Though we are all in finance, each of us handle nuanced customers.
Seeing progress on the work I put in as well as utilizing tools I learned at work. I've recently taken classes at work to help me learn how to use SQL and Tableau. It is very rewarding to use them successfully and provide quality info to the customer and/or my management team.
