The pace is very fast and takes a lot of mental capacity. I would only recommend this job to someone who can stare at a computer for 10+ hours a day, and make sure they know they will most likely not be able to take a lunch or leave on time.

When comparing myself to my peers as a manager 2, I am definitely under paid. The mid year raises are nice, but more of a friendly reminder I am under paid.

Josh has been very open and honest with the direction he wants to take Loup. He is very open to feedback and has really helped make some very positive changes within Loup.

When I look at the pay grades, I fall at the very bottom of the scale. I have been a very high performer and received 2's every year, yet I am still paid the least when compared to my peers.
