It's okay, I think it's a shiny and great brand on the outside that has a strong online culture and presence, but once you're inside there's genuinely a lot of growing to do. In terms of the team, the company, management, processes, structure, etc. But it's a young start-up so those things take time

Getting constructive feedback on my work, interacting and doing fun, team-building things with my team

More transparency around salary, less snake-oil salesy moves from recruiters, and more transparency around the ACTUAL culture.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Leadership showing less favoritism (it's so apparent here). Leadership being more transparent about people leaving. Leadership being more supportive of the company's growth, and leadership being more transparent period.
