
The difficulties is keeping the place clean and things running. I would try to make customers happy and not make them mad. The part that is growing the fastest would be getting food out quickly and timely and getting times down.
McDonalds has recently started with UberEats....which is doing well. The only difficulties I can think of is with scheduling. 99 times out of a hundred....you're not going to get off at your scheduled time.
The mobile app and ordering online. But its hard to deliver to a car when you have a full drive thru and dining room
i guess their drink line is expanding alot, they seem to be trying to move to a healthier menu
The restaurants are growing but having positive employees is needing work
fresh meat products are best. Kiosk are not doing well
