Leadership needs to increase diversity, especially in leadership positions. Increase pay so people feel valued. Get rid of unnecessary meetings so employees have time to work (I don't need a prep meeting for a meeting). One good thing is the org is mission driven.
Terrible. Workplace bullying. Low pay. Overworked. Leadership is overpaid and does not know what is going on. Charity walks and bike rides were already losing steam BEFORE covid yet we are still putting them on in a pandemic....Stay away.
