The support that ground level employees give to each other

Colleagues supporting one another with work and in personal life

Genuinely passionate about our mission/vision/values and there is a supportive, collaborative and encouraging professional environment -- backed by organizational initiatives and open communication.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

We are beyond a quick fix. The problems start at the top, and seep into local hiring.

Decrease bullying and pointless meetings that could be emails

increase pay, value lower level employees opinions and judgement, unconscious bias training, more accountability
