What did you like most about the interview process?
There were good conversations and they made the role sound fun.
It's been awhile, but it seemed fair and efficient. The only issue was the time it took to get back with a decision.
Meeting a variety of teammates and volunteers.
Meeting multiple team members, ability to show strengths, openness in communication
Easy standard questions. No surprises.
No one seemed judgmental about my resume or question responses and it seemed like in each of the three interviews I had staff came in with an open mind
There was flexibility in timing and only needing to have one in-person meeting, the rest were by phone.
