How much my employer matches what I contribute. My 401k has grown very well the past couple of years.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together as a team and support each other. Keeping things “light” because our jobs can be stressful at times. I feel each of us have mutual respect for each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They keep us informed on what is going on in the different marketing groups. Also keep us up to date on the finances with our company. Very easy to talk to and open to ideas.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are very friendly and helpful throughout the company. I feel I can reach out to other departments and they will answer my questions or concerns or help me be in contact with the correct people. Great work environment.
