Institute performance based pay instead of immediate profit sharing. Establish clear goals for growth instead of 6 "Big Rocks." Establish new capabilities we are looking to offer and why. Hire more IC engineers and pay them more to attract better talent.
They either need to decide what the vision of this company should be or trust that the right people have been hired & retained to establish and realize a vision. In the latter case, an exec role would be to sell the company to investors and potential new leadership hires.
My time at Nav has included some of the best moments of my professional career and some of the lowest. Some ways it could improve is retaining people who care about Nav's values, culture and have empathy for our customers. The word limit is too low to answer this question truthfully.
