That I get to solve really hard problems that have true impact on the community around me.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I wish we weren't on Zoom calls so much. I am just tired of looking at myself all day :)

Nav has been able to architect teams full of wicked smart people. I love being able to come to work and learn for others.

At Nav everyone has a voice and everyone's encouraged to use that voice. The leader ship team is committed to getting it right and not showing up and being right.

Diversity of thought and backgrounds. That everyone can contribute to the conversation no matter what level you are. How authentic everyone is and the committment to creating an environment of belonging.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is constantly getting better - even when the company was struggling during covid they decided to take the full 10% premium costs so that we didn't have to stress about more one thing.

The best part about our total rewards package is that it's rooted in core fundamentals that show up every day. We have a 100% transparent compensation model so everyone knows how to grow their career and compensation.
What do you like best about your company?
That we are growing and evolving. It has been fun to watch Nav start as an idea and grow into a durable business model. It's nice to see your hard work have real value on the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
What I love about the culture and environment Nav is that it's dynamic. Most companies believe culture is a bunch of things and stuff (Ping pong tables, free snacks, swag). At Nav we believe culture lives in the conversations of all of our people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always looking for feedback about how to be better leaders, how to communicate with us better. I also like that we have a shared accountablity to getting more employee perks and benefits. The way it works is if we drive revenue portions of that revenue get invested back into us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Equity - we have an equal pay for equal work model. The company doesn't believe in merit increase instead they believe in growth and development increases. As a female I never have to worry if my male counterparts are making more than I do, we have equal opportunity to gain critical experiences.
What did you like most about the interview process?
How transparent and open the team was. The diversity of thought and the encouragement to use your brain and voice no matter what level you were was very refreshing. Now 2 years into working here I can say that the way the company was protrade is the same way they interact still today.
