
I think sales leadership has been excellent in motivating the entire org and showing transparency through our company wins, and losses.
The bonus aspect is great, but I am worried we will not hit our company goal which accounts for 80% of it.
Working with Engineering leaders who are extremely humble and helpful, in helping scale the org. It's an exciting time from a tech prospective.
Unfortunately the politics here are becoming apparent. They do not affect me directly, but the negativity surrounding it is creating an overall poor culture. Too much gossip and power struggles right now.
My Manager has great leadership qualities. I learn from them and trust them that they have my back. I have another member of my team that goes way outside of their job scope for the benefit of those around them. We have some weak members that bring us down, though.
