
cost of living and inflation has become insane -- other companies are giving cost of living increases. power's speech on comp in comparison to cost of living/inflation didn't make sense. there's no huge perk of attracting people to come into the office and WFH perks are minimal compared to others.
no one really seems to care or is connected to the company/product. energy is super low in group meetings or any time theres an accomplishment. we all are just a cog in the wheel and feedback isn't really listened to. prod will do whatever they want to do and make decisions that dont make any sense
