Openess to new ideas, thinking big, working on the important stuff. Really friendly people.

Letting builders build. The days were we don't have red tape, and we get to move fast and have big wins.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like Nextdoor pays less than competitors and should pay a lot more, but keep compensation revenue neutral by firing low and moderate performers.
