communication and respect. The culture here is very US sided, we should be working as a global team with the US communicating out to us and listening to our feedback/ideas
My US colleagues seem to micro mange, they also tend to schedule afternoon meetings which is an evening for me which affects my W/L Balance. there is no consideration for the difference in timezones at ND
We are very divided, whilst our CEO does a great job of trying to make us work more global, practically this isn't happening. Her leads need to do better. we also have a very high turnover of staff
I have not had much direct contact with them to be honest. although the one time I did need to reach out to out head of people I did not feel supported and also found the communication pretty cold
