Siloed depts w/individual objectives make it challenging for foundational teams to integrate efforts & find focus. Everything's a priority, which doesn't necessarily set us up for success. Some teams seem innovative in thinking; others more rigid w/antiquated theories. We need to prioritize & evolve
While everyone's encouraged to "act like an owner" & enthusiasm's appreciated, many employees seem to have a lot of time to focus on other dept's' responsibilities, and insert their own POV w/o having the context or knowledge of complexities, resources, etc. And not all of employees act neighborly.
