It starts with leadership. When someone constantly displays they are an outlier in their role but leadership continues to dilute your accomplishments by not recognizing your work & lumping it in with sub-par performance from your fellow team members it makes you question leadership & coworkers

If my continuously strong work and results are recognized and raises / promos are given. Its VERY clear the leaders of our team do not believe in raises which drives massive dissatisfaction across the board and breaks our commitment to the company. Always fighting to be valued by our leaders.

Leadership team needs to show they care about driving revenue and creating opportunities for advertisers to increase their budget commitments. Time and time again its the same story of the revenue teams having 0 to no resources to grow our partnerships due to lack of priority with our team and work.

Solving client issues and being creative. That has more to do with my role and how I approach it vs anything with Nextdoor. Nextdoor as a whole does not make me excited to work because they consistently disappoint me in its ability to recognize my accomplishments, clients & care about my future.
