i wouldn't say this applies to all (just sarah) but transparency in communication is wonderful
client partners receive the lion's share of praise and financial benefit on the revenue team - as a individual contributor who helps makes client partners (and account teams in general) perform better, i don't feel like my value is as recognized as it should be.
