Progression through levels feels slow relative to performance. This creates incentive for engineers to apply to other companies where they could be compensated at a higher level 6 months or a year earlier than if they stay at ND.
There are a ton of things I appreciate about my team. First and foremost is that they are just good people. But I also love that we go out of our way to help each other and care about each other.
