Teams are strong and nible at Nextdoor. We work well and control our own roadmap.
The company offers little to no incentive for strong performers outside of leveling promotions, which have a standard rate. However we don't offer bonuses, our bridge stock refreshes have a 3 year cliff to start vesting, and raises are barely enough to keep up with inflation.
Sometimes we place too much of an overhead in our processes and it's not particularly exiting to spend most of the week in meeting and working on the best way to present a document to leads. Often times the feedback is not constructive and bring up unnecessary work.
