I think Nordic is doing the right things, the EHR Consulting industry in general is changing a lot.

I love coming to work every day knowing I'll see my coworkers and my boss. The environment here is really positive and family-like.

The leadership team is very approachable. They don't have fancy corner offices or private meeting rooms. They sit with you at lunch, come by your desk to say hi, and every once in a while deliver treats to the office!
