
it's overall very positive vibes and encouragement is always preferred over discouragement/apathy
this really isn't applicable for some roles so it isn't good or bad but more so just not part of my career (in my opinion)
no idea how long Epic jobs will be available. I think the high $ contracts will only go to the best of the best which we generally have, but Nordic I'm sure is aware it needs to change to meet needs of the market. How that affects me, I am not sure.
the clarity of bill rate is nice, but it's high. that being said, if you're in a longer contract and/or you prove your worth to keep being extended, then I think it is pretty unfair to stay at the same bill rate the whole time. I think it would make sense to increase rate by $1/hour every 4-6 months
