This is the first company I have ever worked for that uttered DEI and it is important.

I can not indicate one specific item that is the best part but as an overall complete package it is generous.

The best thing about my team is everyone understands that setting aside we have multiple divisions the big picture is for us all to be on one accord with creating a healthy work environment.

I'm impressed with the Leadership team's ability to realize that now is a better time than ever to grow within and encourage professional development and not only encourage it but provide resources to do so. The leadership team is not just an avenue to manage people but is also here to support us.
