I remain challenged, educated and collaborative in my role at Outreach. Although some days are tough, I'm confident in the work I am doing and my successes are impactful.
It's been an adventure! I've been given the ability to work on a great variety of projects and roles that have played a major part in the growth of our company - that feels pretty awesome!
I've been with Outreach for quite awhile, through the rapid growth and accomplishments. It is a uniquely fast-paced place that fosters team effort, speaking out with your ideas and give you the trust to run with them.
My stock options are key
My team is diverse in experience both personally and professionally.
Energy doesn't begin to describe the vibe of the office!
I appreciate the opportunity to have ownership in the company with the stock options!
It's a very inclusive group. There is an appetite for different backgrounds and experiences.
Our team feels very invested in what they do and do their job with integrity
The satisfaction that I can see my effort and hard work contributing to the company's grow and success.
The fact that I always feel like their willing to jump in and not elevated beyond the rest of us.
I appreciate the accessibility we have to our leaders. They are always approachable and ask for employees to give feedback
I am so thankful to have my direct manager- he is an incredible source to learn from and makes me feel highly valued.
I appreciate my stock options. I have a chance to benefit from the hard work I've put into the company if/when we go public someday.
I work with people who are very optimistic about joining the Outreach team and I get to help them at their start off with a positive experience!
We have very different personalities and life experiences. I appreciate that we all bring different perspectives to the table. It helps me think of things in ways I might not have.
Our leadership team has even made "health & well being" a focus on our reviews. This demonstrates how conscious they are about us as humans in addition to the work we accomplish as Outreachers.
I appreciate that diversity efforts are driven by Outreach's leaders but also by it's employees. To me, this demonstrates authenticity and a true reflection of the culture around diversity at Outreach. It comes from the people within!
My team is actually really good at communicating with each other. When there are opposing views that can cause friction, I believe our team mates genuinely feel that each other has positive intentions and it helps to remain compassionate as problems are solved.
I believe the collaboration, the support, the community-feeling of the company. You don't feel like you're in it by yourself. There is always someone to share ideas with, work on a project together, gain perspective or just talk about last night's Bachelor with!
The tangibility of my work. I can see how the effort I put out is helping the company not only grow in headcount but also in capability and potential. I can literally walk around and see the people I've helped to hire doing great things at Outreach.
Our Maternity Leave program is so generous. As alot of my friends go out on mat leave and I hear about the time off they get it doesn't compare to ours at Outreach. They are in shock that things like food delivery and night nurse support are also covered!
I interact with people who aren't Outreachers yet but are interested in joining the company. It makes me genuinely happy to tell them about the opportunties here. I know that this place can be career-defining and it can be a spot to learn from some talented people around you.
