Free healthcare is pretty great
Everyone is always willing to help each other and go the extra mile.
Being able to help someone do something more efficiently so they're not wasting their time or effort.
Everyone is always willing to lend a hand to one another, even if it takes extra time out of their day.
Free health insurance doesn't hurt, but also getting things like a commuter card and long paternity leave are very helpful and competitive. Oh, and snacks.
Lots of fist bumps all the time and people shouting each other out publicly for doing a great job. We also live the idea that "nobody loses alone."
Every one of them is very approachable about any topic, which makes it feel compelling to ask them questions when interested in something the company is doing. Also, nobody is unwilling to lend a hand.
Everyone is very approachable, both in-person and online. I don't feel like I need to hesitate about reaching out if I have a question for them, and they never make me feel like I wasted their time.
