Go ahead and sell the company to someone with an actual business plan. The company needs direction, vision and leadership that is focused on retail e-commerce. Leadship should be more concerned with attracting, retaining, and rewarding talent.
My whole team has worked very hard with limited resources for multiple years with no pay raises or bonuses. Blockchain employees get perks, pay, and bonuses left and right, while the piggy bank (retail side) does the work to fund them with no reward.
