What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Having the animals to interact with. The ferrets are always good for a laugh.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Lazy poorly trained, major lack of work ethic. (Who could blame them, you get what you pay for)
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication not only with the part time employees, but with each other. There is a constant power struggle over who has authority over who.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You only get benefits if you are full time in my store there is only one full time position that isn't management They only schedule you 2 or 3 days Max and pay you 8.50 per hour.
