A little stiff and formal
I'm very happy with the Entire experience with my company. I'm still fairly new but I'm speaking with coworkers that have been there for many years I don't expect there to be any immediate changes
I have grown in so many ways since I’ve been with Premera. I have learned to be a better team player, to share success, to communicate with higher level personnel, to work cross-departments, to be empathetic, patience, growth, creative problem solving, independent work
I love my team and supervisor but fear for Premera and their future
1) Competitive pay and decent work life balance for those at mid-level and above. 2) Mountlake Terrace campus (HQ) remodel will be beautiful when it's complete. On the down side, it's a very dysfunctional, fear-based culture.
