When I interviewed, I was told that people in my role get promoted after one year; and this was true. Every promise that was made to me has been kept and the relationships I have made here will last a lifetime.

Everyone works hard, but when there are company events everyone loves to mingle and get a break from the hard work. At the end of the day you are working amongst friends and get plenty of opportunities to get to know them during work.

Everyone holds each other accountable, and no one is afraid to discuss a disagreement in a constructive way. Even if there is a disagreement about work, people are able to put that to the side and still converse as friends during lunch and outside of the office.
