
A lack of understanding from the management that we have lives outside of work. Our lives do not revolve around work. Take into consideration why the turnover rate is so high at the company and why the US team has not retained many employees.
Understand that there is a lot of work and that you can only put so much on the plate of an employee before they get burnt out. Rather than pushing your employees to work "harder" even after working extra hours already, think about hiring more people and think about how your employees are feeling.
