
I have 1.5 years of experience with the organization. I am neutral about the work culture. As I am not satisfied with my pay. but there are good people in the organization including managers, I have learned lots of new things related to work and somehow gained confidence too.

Need to give a competitive base w.r.t industry standards and hard work of the employee. as an employee, a deserving candidate gets less pay than an undeserved employee. And this is not fair at all.
