pay us more, give us the resources for success, stop committing to empty promises, treat everyone equally.
please reference the previous answers. money, appreciation, bonuse, training programs to move up to a new position, stop lying to us about advancing in the company
bonuses, per diem when traveling (not the ability to expense) we need to be given $50 to $100 a day in cash or on a visa gift card for employees traveling for work. every other company in the country works this way!!
