There is lot of room for improvements and lot of scope if the senior management gets more involved at each level of the business and takes more interest with the employees to help them achieve their goals

they are all motivated and helpful
when we get good feedback from the customer
Having support from the senior members of the team
They are having good knowledge
it's paid timely every month
inclusive culture and focussed training
meeting people and being busy
they are really invested in making a Rahi a global company
they are of jolly nature but should be more dedicated towards their work
i have not been informed about the variable salary and incentives till now
The senior management needs to be more involved and take interest in improving things
they have a clear vision of the future of the company and are working hard on achieving it
the internal training that is provided to the team but we the focus should also be on external training from OEM's as well
