
The pay is not market value based on location.
They seem to be at least trying to change for the better.
One thing that makes me happy at work is having my work recognized.
I would feel better about my compensation if it more accurately reflected the compensation of similar roles in my area.
I would like to feel more challenged and get a stronger sense that there are opportunities for career growth (both vertically and horizontally).
I think it would help to create social groups of sorts like what other companies have (e.g. for gamers, LGBTQ+ people, women in tech, etc.). This helps project a sense of community and diversity within the company while also making it not seem so stuffy and corporate.
