Generally positive. There have been a few bumps in the road, and there have been some comp issues which have been cleared up, but overall it's been a great experience working with Rahi thusfar.
Overall I generally enjoy working at Rahi. I always feel the company is focused on mutual success, and it shows in our customer satisfaction.
overall very positive. The company culture is good, comp package is solid, and i enjoy what I do.
I'ts been a great run so far, looking forward to the future :)
Medical and Dental are very good.
Interaction with Customers, especially in person.
human interaction and challenging opportunities.
Face-to-face interactions with customers and team members/co-workers. I'm a human's human
Insurance package is good, Pay could always be better, but is ok.
Messaging on what we're about as a company and where we're going is concise and consistent.
They are genuinely committed to mutual success and aren't so bottom-line driven that we lose customer-focus.
Medical and Dental are top-notch. overall comp (salary) could always be better, but it's good for what I'm doing.
Vision is clear, and while we're driven from a revenue-centric perspective, I don't feel it's at the expense of individual contributors.
Diversity and overall engagement. I rarely am able to comment on anyone even appearing to not be pulling their weight.
We all have complimentary strengths, and can oftentimes help each other out, even when not dealing with items not in our wheelhouse.
They are results-driven without sacrificing employees. In other words, they view employees as team members who add collective value, not as expendable assets/cogs.
we have a small team, and everyone on it is absolutely top-notch and contribute their fair share to all projects we interface with.
We are all complimentary to each other's skill sets. We work well in balancing tasks, and each can pick up slack for the others as needed.
We all have areas we excel at and areas where we're not as strong as other team members and we're able to compliment each other fairly well.
People. Everyone who is at Rahi is here because they want to be, and because they understand the vision and the goals which have been set forth.
Being able to be out and in front of customers is the best part of my job, and I'm looking forward to when it will happen more often.
Diversity. We all have a number of disciplines in common, but we each also bring something unique to the table. Our talents are both varied and complimentary.
Customer first, solution-focused and not interested in trying to simply be transactional in Sales. Our focus on Customer Experience and Success versus volume speaks volumes about our overall culture.
We have a Startup mentality and working environment, but are backed by a large parent company. Everyone works towards positive customer outcomes, regardless of whether it's their customer or not.
While work is fast-paced, and oftentimes non-stop, the overall environment is still fairly positive. even when under deadlines, or dealing with items out of left-field, we still stay focused and positive.
Variable compensation is hard to measure from an attainment perspective. Couple this with the fact we have wildly variable terms for payment and margins, and it makes for a less-than-favorable variable comp pipeline.
Being in front of Customers. I can't wait to be back on the road and in front of Customers, especially some of my legacy Customers from previous engagements who have expressed interest in learning about what Rahi is all about.
Despite heavy workloads, there are still social interactions which take place. Also, these social interactions happen organically versus being organized or sponsored events. In other words, those of us who interact socially, do so on our own and don't have to rely on the company to organize events
