I think it can be conflicting when I hear some coworkers having a different experience than me, and it can also be discouraging to hear some of the issues that they face, especially those who have to go through performance improvement plans.

KeHE Distributors: Serious changes need to be made within the infrastructure of this company. Warehouse employees are working on incentives that cause them to compete with the clock for a livable wage, resulting in 100s of damages daily. The cleanliness of the warehouse is the worst I've seen in any industry.

Petco: They need to take accountability they need to provide structure they need to have proper documentation and they need to supply all of the necessary things to do the job and they need to listen to their employees when they are having issues and take corrective measures
Petco: Training is a joke. They did not use any type if system or even have a consistent way to do any task, it just depended on who you worked with that day.
Pet Supplies Plus: Working here over a year and came to realize that the animals in the store are not a priority what so ever to the point that I have been berated in the middle of the store for holding my ground when it comes to putting those animals first.
Paycom: Paycom was "employee-first" when I started. However, over the last few years, Paycom has made multiple executive decisions that have negatively impacted employees without justifiable cause (eliminate remote jobs, tighten dress code, micromanagement). Listen to your people, our you'll lose them.
