Trilogy Health Services: C-suite executives are out of touch enough to organize a "competition" between locations on which location can get the most or best "budgeting hacks", and the gas price benefit was changed from every paycheck to whenever C-suite feels like it (very occasionally).
Lear Corporation: Lear has been good to me, although the growth opportunities in my current role are lacking.
The Walt Disney Company: No promotion possibilities and pay raises dont keep up wifh even inflation!
Target: Lots of favoritism for certain employees, especially if they are friends with the team lead or Executive Leads. They take away hours once you come back from a leave of absence. Very inconsistent and no room for growth.

BD: work isn't complex, but physically exhausting. That should be compensated at a higher rate. Every year report is about millions in additional output. Yet, the workers see none of that benefit. On top of that bonuses are being cut and employee surveillance is being stepped up.

DIGNITY HEALTH: Dignity has turned into a sweat shop, over worked and under paid. They dont back fill jobs, do more with less people. No promotions, same title for over 10 years. Many good experienced employees are leaving.

Bass Pro Shops: the store management team only cares about meeting the club card goal and not the outfitters in the store because it increases their bonus. Stores have trouble finding and keeping good help because of the low wages and management not caring.

TaskUs: Working at TaskUs makes my perspective about BPO way different as in TaskUs, employees are valued and not used like a livestock, the company provide food, gym, sleeping quarters and have clubs that you can join in to. I am so glad that I got employed in the company and will keep on working with you
FMC Corporation: Good, but I long time with the company
Ford Motor Company: They use you up and dispose of you in a blink of an eye. I was a top performer ( which is the highest PR ) for the last 12 years of direct employment and the forced me into an involentary returement at 51 yrs old. Bad managers are not taken out of their roles even when HR gets involved.
