Chubb: Supervisor is spiteful, lazy & gets offended if you ask for direction/input. She chooses to do nothing, maintains no diary, skips over performance review, has no contact for up to 90 days at a time & gives unauthorized PTO as holiday gifts. HR ignores request to speak, dismisses supervisors actions.
Collabera: There is lots of changes often, but Dhar coming in has really helped with company culture. I feel secure and protected in my position, and opinions are valued from leadership
Inspire Brands: Leadership absolutely treats their people terribly. The claim they are a people first company but are just the opposite. People are expendable and profits are all that matter.

Ace Hardware: Nice managers with 1 exception. Pay is unfair for whats asked of you. Floor associates slack off and are rarely held accountable; instead cashiers are expected to take on the extra responsibilities. The only positive thing I can say is that they are patient when it comes to training people.

Lucid Motors: This company constantly moved the goalposts while cutting pay and commissions during operational chaos. Employees were expected to deliver luxury-level service through stop-sales, delays, inventory issues, and angry customers, with inconsistent leadership support and declining morale.
Teleflex: It is a great opportunity to work with teleflex. I hope that I can be training and getting to know more positions from other departments. And the workplace is nice plus that we can make products for saving lives.
Elsevier: This company is the best in my career, be it any policy of the company from office cab, to flexible work, leave policy, pay on time, posh, gender equality, wellness, etc. but i do fear the growing politics in the company getting worse & the growth opportunities being misused by the top managers

Victra: I liked things a lot better before I went to selling manager. I like being hourly because i am always at work.. I feel i take from my employees and being that i am a slow location it will be hard to keep people when they are only making 350 a week.
First Advantage: I worked an average of 70 hours PER WEEK last year. The poor merit increases demonstrated that FA does NOT value such contributions. You can't expect seasoned employees to continue dedicating immense effort while you insult them with bottom of the barrel merit. It's disgusting.

CEO wants integrity, COS literally spent 45 min justifying how a play was sanctioned even though Corporate removed it due to the amount of abuse and fraud it created

Victra: Expectations are set across the board and do not take in consideration the store needs. I moved to SM and I have double the workload, GM and selling responsibilities and it is very overwhelming to meet all the expectations and goals needed for both roles. other than that. I like to company.
Victra: Been here a while, really the only complaint I have is that severely understaffed locations can't get a temporary reduction in operation hours. We are already stretched thin and having people work multiple 11 hour days a week is exhausting, not good for morale, and not good for work-life balance.
Victra: everyday is a good day that my DM isnt involved in. He often ruins every single day. He creates an unsafe workplace via threats, namecalling, and micromanaging.

Victra: Entire pay structure was changed and it affected pay a lot. Salary was taken away and when commission changed to pay period it made it harder to reach target because of short timeframe to hit goals
Victra: Its not been a bad experience necessarily i just dont feel like im taken seriously when i apply for a different position. Theres definitely favorites in my district and it seems they get preferential treatment

Since then the payment structure has changed to force a 45 hour work week, contro further obfuscated, and I haven't been compensated at all for moving. Victra: I love my job and the fact I can grow with the company.
Paycom: My team is very close and always willing to help each other, no questions asked. It is very rare to find a group of people who work well together to accomplish goals together as a team.
Victra: I love working for this company. The only downside is our vision insurance. There is very limited places I can go to get glasses, and the options for me are about an hour away from where I live at minimum.
Victra: I would say my experience so far is okay at best. Pathways to advance are shady. You have people that are higherup telling you that you deserve or will be great at a position and to apply, but no interview at all. Also, you shouldn't have to move away from home in order to move up in a company.
Victra: Victra is a great company when it comes to compensation. Lacks in the work life balance. Claims that we are most important in the business while making us work over 60 hours during the holidays. Missing family Christmas's and family thanksgivings,.
Victra: Its been a big learning curve but I enjoy the challenge.

Victra: At first Victra was very fun vs GoWireless, but over the years things have become less fun, less exciting and far performance only while paying less
Victra: I have experienced a large dynamic of things in this job. I would say overall this job is stressful due to the constant changing of how things are done month to month.

Victra: If there's one thing it's taught me it's beyond your toes. There are a lot of changes that happen, of course for the company, but I do wish at sometimes as a single mother. It is harder to stick to a schedule for certain days off and finding reliable care in the area
Victra: When I started I bragged about how great this company was. Provided the highest income ever in my life. Since its been on a rapid decline, pay change after pay change. I brought people into the company to change their life and they did with Pro. Guess what that also changed.. Just crazy to me to see
Victra: I think everyone i work with is great but Our RD Bryan Duty needs to do better and stop threatening people so they can hit goals and he needs to be more friendly coming into my store or others store as well instead of acting stuck up and not friendly.
Victra: overall the company's not bad to work for, I like the work and what we do but there is so much lost in translation from the top to the bottom. and it doesn't matter how much you put yourself out there and proxy and try and create a brand for yourself you wont move up unless you know someone.
First Advantage: I still am currently happy but deeply concerned about my job security
Victra: I've had wonderful training experiences, lucky enough to have had exposure to meet a great team of people, my DM has given me the guidance and support to grow within the company and I look forward to nothing more than being a part of the team at the SSC soon!
