Esri: A series of meaningful goals, made in a way where we are trusted to do the work. Styles are considered and so long as the work is done you are free to carve your path. Even when doing so however, you wont be doing it alone. There is a great support network within teams and to the wider company.

Gibraltar Industries: This company is a train wreck. Senior management is obsessed with pumping up the stock and then slashing costs as the stock price declines. Sales goals and predictions are wildly optimistic and outside of reality. Senior managers are looting the company for personal gain.
Dillons: Despite the claim of being a friendly store, the employees are not treated friendly or honestly.

Esri: After 29 years, I'm still challenged every day. Our team is a great set of individuals, and I feel we make a huge impact on how our customers approach and use our software, and we contribute greatly to their success, and the success of other teams such as software development and marketing.
