
Everyone wants to help you and your customer. They are always willing to connect you with people if they do not know the answer.
While the benefits are great and I feel supported, I believe I am underpaid for my experience and accomplishments with the company so far. It is not low enough for me to leave at the moment.
When I help a customer solve a problem they have been having. Knowing what it's like to be in their shoes in a previous role, it's rewarding when they tell me that I have helped them with their problem and made their work better.
My responsibilities and goals are clear. If I have any questions or concerns, I feel comfortable disccussing them with my team lead and manger. I am encouraged to attend any training or conferences that pertain to my area of focus or help me with my career growth.
