Choice Home Warranty: Choice Home Warranty is confused about who they are taking money from every month as an existing customer and the a possible new customer. There seems to be a disconnect between why an existing customer might be perplexed when they receive an email that there is a credit on the account.
Boost Mobile: I tried to purchase a new phone on their app and the purchase was rejected. When I called the number to find out what was wrong, I was told that they cannot tell me because of security concerns but I could buy the phone at full price. This is called bait and switch.
