indinero: Compared to other public accounting companies Indinero provides a better work life balance with a real 40 hour work and a more realistic utilization. If salaries were maintained more in line with the current job market no other company would come close.

The training portion is where things dropped off a bit. Sometimes I don't feel welcome but most of the time, it's incredibly positive.
