Commissions gradually got reduced, incentives were not paid as promised for work done, colleagues from various depts started leaving in droves, salaries remain the same as inflation rises
LexisNexis Legal & Professional: Specifically for gNS, needs new vision and leadership. SLT is stale and has unrealistic expectations from gNS as a tech company. Our Nexis+ AI solution is not as robust as the business would like it to be. I can barley give it away with renewals.

LexisNexis Legal & Professional: It is fine, but there are times (including this survey) where I expect a lot of people are answering positively about coworkers/managers/environment/events/etc. and this leads upper management to wrongly report in meetings "Everything is amazing". Without fair pay, none of the rest really matters.
