My overall experience has been good. My peers are all very nice. I was to be mentored by a senior leadership member last year when I agreed to come back to the company after my job was eliminated and she never showed up for any of our meetings. My desire is to move into leadership.

There seems to be a shift in the company that is not being shared with the employees. The pay scale is not keeping up with competitors. Upward mobility for someone in the field currently is limited if not obsolete. All recent hires are from Core.

Most of the recruiters I speak with regarding similar positions have moved to a 50/50 split to keep up with the rising inflation. This compensation model reduces attrition rates and keeps commissioned employees more focused on their prospecting than a roof over their heads during a bad month.
