Retention and recognizing value. Record profits every year but most of us are struggling and getting promoted is unattainable. There is no incentive to do better for the company. Perks get taken away every day.

Make us feel like we're important again and not easily replaced. Give us our perks back. Pay for the things you used to fund. I'm not spending the little money I have on work "activities". It used to be AWESOME to work here and now it's the same as any other company.
