Seeing my team succeed at their work
Collaboration is second to none.
Seeing team members grow and excel at their jobs.
Collaboration and the ability to have fun while working hard.
Compared to industry standards, we fall short of the average salary for our work.
They are approachable. I never feel like I can't ask any one of them a question.
They never act as though they're above us. They are in the trenches working the issues we do. They know our names and know how to work hard AND play hard.

I feel like Galen is a "work hard, play hard" culture. We push each other to really be successful but when we have the downtime, we utilize it to relax and form relationships with one another through various gatherings, meetings and more.
