Our software is insufficient, ineffective, inefficient. There are no plans or budget to make it better. It is NOT a SAAS solution and is built on XML -- old, old, old.
My team is vested in providing quality enhancements that are sustainable for the client. They are vested in improving our product and retaining the client. They support each other and other peers.
I believe that RLDatix has a lot to offer, but we do not have visibility or access to that culture. I read a lot about how great RLD is to work for -- awards and other internal/external postings I follow.
The lack of support makes it so that my team and I cannot perform our jobs successfully for our client. Major issues remain unaddressed: 1. the product department does not address issues, 2. leadership does not have enough knowledge about our business, 3. leadership bashes our client.
My team is intelligent and dedicated -- they work in support of the team and the client 100%. Our client was mismanaged and had a migration go wrong in 2020, and my team works to right that ship every day. They are dedicated to fixing problems created before us and RLD is lucky to have each of them
