
Let the people doing the hiring do the interview. We know our location best
We get along and we are great with our customers. We treat people the way we want to be treated. For the most part our customers love us.
My voice is not important to anyone higher up. My location is not valuable other than the numbers seen. I have voiced my concern and nothing is done. My RM doesn't follow up with my AM or myself with issues, ideals or concerns I have. We are told to raise our hand but when I do, it does no good.
