I appreciate the variable compensation aspect that helps us feel motivated to do a good job. However, I think the structure for how that gets calculated and how it ties to individual performance can be improved (ex: sometimes companies run out of money but we get dinged for them not renewing)

One thing about our leadership that I appreciate is that they try to be transparent and open with us. For example, they are okay with announcing when people leave Salsify even if they have been here for a few weeks. I appreciate that they're open about that even if it raises questions.
