
I like completing tickets (Customer Support).
I like that they try to stay visible. They are present and vocal in All Hands meetings--there's no "ivory tower" paradigm.
There's an understanding that everyone is busy and working--and that seems to make people more willing to help out on projects because we all have a common goal(s).
Everyone is friendly and it definitely feels like a TEAM instead of a group of individual contributors. There are frequent meetings, and at least once a week we are encouraged to meet to discuss anything but work. It builds camaraderie.
